Role: FEBA Support Analyst

Job Location: Mumbai

Required Skills

- Minimum 2 years of experience in FEBA Application Support
- Hands-on experience with FEBA OCH Framework 11.2.X
- Solid knowledge of log analysis, issue investigation, and debugging
- Good understanding of FEBA database tables
- Experience in handling production incidents and application support activities
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities
- Provide application support for FEBA-based applications
- Analyze application logs and investigate reported issues
- Perform debugging and identify the root cause of incidents
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues within defined timelines
- Support day-to-day operational and application activities
- Coordinate with development and other technical teams for issue resolution when required

Candidate Profile

Candidates with relevant hands-on experience in FEBA Application Support and FEBA OCH Framework 11.2.X are preferred.

Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
