About the role

Fuzionest builds AI systems for enterprise clients across logistics, manufacturing and pharma. We're expanding our sales team.

This is not a script-and-dialer role. You'll own accounts from

research through to the first conversation, and work directly

with our founder.

What you'll do

• Identify and research target accounts — who holds the budget,

what changed in their business, why now

• Map the buying committee and find the right way in

• Reach decision makers however works best — LinkedIn, phone,

references, industry networks, events. Your call.

• Write and send personalised outreach to senior decision makers

• Run disciplined follow-up on every open conversation

• Book qualified meetings with CXOs at 200–2000 employee companies

• Keep the CRM current daily

What we're looking for

• 1–3 years in B2B sales, IT services or SaaS





• Strong written and spoken English — you'll deal with CXOs

• Genuine research ability: you can read a company and find the angle

• Follow-up discipline — you chase on day 5, every time

• Comfortable working in a small team with real ownership

Bring your own channel. If you already have relationships in

manufacturing, pharma or logistics, that counts for more with us

than any tool or certification.

Our process

No long resume screen. We'll send you one company from our target

list and ask for a one-page account map plus how you'd get to the

decision maker. 90 minutes. If it's positive, we talk.
