Oracle Fusion O2C Transformation Lead (Order to Cash Functional Consultant, Oracle Cloud ERP)

Atom is seeking an Oracle Fusion O2C Transformation Lead to design and deliver end-to-end Order to Cash solutions on Oracle Cloud ERP, from order capture through invoicing, cash collection, and period close, while leading key client initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure Order Management, Pricing, and customer master data (TCA), including order types, holds, credit checks, and returns (RMA).
- Design billing integration via AutoInvoice, including transaction types, AutoAccounting, invoice formats, and Oracle Tax.
- Implement Revenue Management (ASC 606/IFRS 15) and deferred revenue schedules.
- Configure receipts, Lockbox, AutoMatch, cash application, and bank reconciliation in Cash Management.
- Implement Advanced Collections, Credit Management, dunning, and dispute management.
- Configure Subledger Accounting and drive AR-to-GL reconciliation and period close.
- Lead requirement gathering, fit-gap, CRP, SIT, UAT, cutover, and hypercare.
- Manage cross-functional onshore/offshore teams and lead architectural discussions with clients.
- Define EDI integrations (850, 810, 820) using OIC or B2B, plus FBDI,



REST APIs, OTBI, and BI Publisher.
- Integrate Oracle Fusion with external CRM, CPQ, and payment gateway platforms.
- Prepare BRD, MD50, BR100, and test scripts using OUM; deliver end-user training.
- Work with Oracle Support and assess quarterly updates.

Required Skills

- 7+ years of Oracle EBS/Fusion solution design and implementation.
- At least 2 end-to-end Oracle Fusion O2C implementations.
- Robust O2C domain knowledge and best practices.
- Expertise in Order Management, Receivables, Collections, Cash Management, and Revenue Management.
- Oracle middleware experience processing EDI orders and invoices.
- Understanding of SDLC methodologies (Waterfall, Agile).
- Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills in complex, integrated Oracle environments.

Preferred

- Oracle Cloud Financials or Order Management certification.
- EBS-to-Fusion migration experience.
- Exposure to Vertex/Avalara, e-invoicing, or GST compliance.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Engineering, or a related field; MBA (Finance), CA, or CPA preferred.
