? We’re Hiring: Founding Sales Executive | Giveniche
Giveniche is building a niche, community, and design-led brand in leather and lifestyle products. We’re looking for a hands-on Sales Executive who wants to be part of building the sales engine from the ground up.
What you’ll do
- Identify and reach out to potential B2B customers, dealers, distributors, and corporate clients
- Generate leads through calls, WhatsApp, email and direct outreach
- Understand customer requirements and present the right Giveniche products
- Schedule and conduct customer meetings
- Prepare quotations and follow up consistently
- Convert enquiries into orders and build long-term customer relationships
- Maintain daily sales and lead updates in CRM/Google Sheets
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with the founder/team
- Help us build and improve our sales process as we grow
Who we’re looking for
- 1–3 years of sales/business development experience preferred
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in sales are also welcome
- Confident communicator with good negotiation and follow-up skills
- Self-driven, energetic, and comfortable approaching recent customers
- Willing to make calls, meet customers and get hands-on in the field
- Fast learner who can work in a startup environment with limited supervision
- Most importantly: hunger to learn, sell, and grow with the company
