About the Role:

We are growing our Development, QA, DevOps, Mobile, and UI/UX teams and are looking for an experienced Team Operations Manager to run the daily and weekly check-ins that keep everyone aligned, track who is working on what, and make sure people and resources get shifted around quickly when priorities change. You will work closely with Product Owners and Project Managers, giving them transparent visibility into staffing and resourcing so they can plan ahead and keep projects on track.

This is not a technical role. You do not need to write code or make technical decisions. Your job is to keep things organized, keep communication flowing between teams and make sure everyone has what they need to get their work done.

What You will Do:

- Serve as the direct manager for staff across these teams, including regular 1:1s, goal-setting, and performance reviews
- Run daily standups, sprint planning, and retro meetings across Development, QA, DevOps, Mobile, and UI/UX teams
- Handle day-to-day people issues like workload concerns, interpersonal conflict and morale before they become bigger problems
- Track capacity and staffing needs across teams and flag gaps or overload early
- Move people and resources between teams quickly when priorities shift
- Act as the liaison between individual teams and company leadership, translating business priorities into operational plans




- Work with Product Owners and Project Managers to align staffing with their plans and give them early visibility into resourcing risks
- Build and maintain visibility for leadership: status updates, headcount needs, risks, and blockers
- Coordinate with HR on staffing timelines and onboarding logistics, and manage day-to-day coverage planning when team members are out or projects need extra hands
- Be the go-to person technical leads can rely on for anything outside pure technical execution like logistics, planning, people issues, resourcing.

What You Bring:

- 5+ years of experience in operations, program management, or team coordination
- Solid project management experience, including tracking timelines, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple concurrent teams and projects with different schedules and priorities
- Solid understanding of how Development, QA, DevOps, Mobile, and UI/UX teams work and rely on each other, so you can plan around their needs. No hands-on technical skills required
- Strong people-management fundamentals in coaching, feedback, conflict resolution, performance management
- Experience running agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retros) across multiple teams
- Experience improving how teams work and communicate especially in fast-moving environments
- Comfortable using tools like Jira to manage schedules, track resources and keep projects organized
- Strong written and verbal communication since you will be translating between technical teams and business stakeholders regularly
