Looking for a strong and result-oriented Head of Telesales to lead and scale a large telesales function.
What We're Looking For:
• Experience managing 80+ telesales executives & Team Leads
• Solid experience in Telesales / Inside Sales / Inbound Calling
• Candidates from BPO, Insurance, BFSI, Retail or other high-volume customer-facing environments preferred
• Excellent communication and customer-handling skills
• Proven leadership and team-management experience
• Strong understanding of KPIs, conversion, call quality & CRM
• Ability to drive walk-ins, conversions and sales performance
