Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations
- Handle billing and invoicing independently
- Prepare sales invoices, purchase invoices, credit/debit notes, and related documents
- Maintain customer and vendor accounts
- Manage accounts payable,
receivable, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare financial reports and MIS
- Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, customers, and vendors
- Supervise the accounts team and ensure timely completion of tasks
Mandatory Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Billing & Invoicing is a MUST
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience
- Positive knowledge of Tally / ERP and MS Excel
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
- Strong accounting and reconciliation skills
- Good communication and team-management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Ability to work on-site in Attingal, conduct client visits as required, and collaborate effectively with internal teams is essential.
