As a PMO you will be part of global IT Team, managing and supporting our day-to-day activities of various teams and ensuring smooth functioning of the organization and projects withi

ntime and budget. As PMO your tasks will include

- Maintenance of the information platform in the project including authorization assignments (e.g., SharePoint, Jira, Microsoft Planner)
- Responsible for maintaining contact lists, organizational charts, distribution lists.
- Sending project relevant invitations
- Independent takeover of delimit able project topics
- Support with reporting (e.g., Jira Boards, MS Planner)
- Measuring and monitoring project progress (e.g., tracking tasks)
- Creation of protocols and documentation
- Support with project controlling
- HR & Admin responsibility
- Attendance management for IT team
- Administration of IT Delhi office
- Learning and employee development initiative execution in coordination with LocalHR
- Miscellaneous HR and admin activities





We are looking for a profile with:

- At least 5 to 10 years of experience in a PMO role including exposure to HR and Admin management skills
- Bachelor's Degree preferably in business, administration, or a related field
- Coordinating and communicating with onsite & offshore teams from multiple locations
- Proven work experience as a Project Management Officer or similar role
- Strong leadership skills
- Good written and verbal communication skils
- Strong attention to details and technicalities
- Excellent organizational and technical abilities
- Valuable interpersonal and multi-tasking skills
- Relevant training and/or certifications as a Project Management Officer is a plus
- Working knowledge for tools like Jira, SharePoint, ITSM- Service NOW, MS Planner
- Good reporting and forecasting skills
- Excellent People management skills and Exposure Managing Global Teams
- Excellent English communication skills (working language is English) is a must
- Good Planning and Co-ordination skills
