Designation- Manager (Loan Sales)

Location: Noida Sector 15

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

About the Role We are looking for an experienced and performance-driven Loan Manager to lead inside sales operations for Personal Loans, Business Loans, and other Unsecured Loan products. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in loan sales, team management, and contact center operations, with the ability to drive conversions and achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities

 Manage and lead a team of Tele Sales Executives/Loan Advisors.

 Handle day-to-day contact center operations and ensure team productivity.

 Monitor call quality, sales performance, and conversion metrics.

 Drive sales of Personal Loans, Business Loans, and other Unsecured Loan products.

 Allocate leads and ensure timely follow-up by team members.

 Coach, mentor, and train team members to improve performance and conversion rates.

 Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and ensure achievement.

 Develop sales strategies to maximize lead conversion and revenue generation.

 Coordinate with banks, NBFCs,



and internal processing teams for smooth loan disbursement.

 Handle customer escalations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

 Maintain MIS reports, CRM updates, and performance dashboards.

 Conduct team reviews, performance evaluations, and regular feedback sessions.

Desired Candidate Profile

 4–8 years of experience in Loan Sales, Banking, NBFC, Fintech, or Financial Services.

 Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Team Handling and Contact Center Management.

 Proven experience in Personal Loans, Business Loans, or Unsecured Lending.

 Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.

 Ability to manage sales targets, team productivity, and operational efficiency.

 Good understanding of loan eligibility, documentation, and lending processes.

 Experience with CRM systems, dialers, and sales reporting tools.

 Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
