Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities NnFacility Management NnOversee maintenance, cleanliness, and functionality of all club areas, including gym, locker rooms, pool, spa, studios, etc. NCoordinate with vendors, technicians, and contractors for repairs, servicing, and facility upgrades. NEnsure all equipment is regularly serviced and maintained in working condition. NEnsure compliance with health, safety, fire, sanitation, and emergency protocols. NnClub Operations NnManage day-to-day operations, including front desk, membership, and fitness teams. NImplement and monitor SOPs to ensure operational efficiency. NTrack KPIs and drive strategies for revenue growth and member retention. NManage inventory, procurement, and club supplies. NnStaff Supervision & Development NnRecruit, train, schedule,and manage club staff across various functions. NEnsure appropriate staff coverage and monitor performance. NFoster a positive team workplace through coaching and development. NnMember Engagement & Customer Service NnMaintain high standards of customer service and member satisfaction. NHandle member concerns and complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.



NOrganize events, challenges, and engagement initiatives to strengthen member retention and community. NnBudgeting & Financial Oversight NnAssist in preparing and managing club budgets. NMonitor revenue streams including memberships, personal training, and classes. NControl operational costsand review financial and operational reports. Nnn? Desired Candidate Profile N8–12 years of relevant experience in club management, hospitality, sports & leisure clubs, fitness centres, premium residential clubhouses, or facility management. NProven experience managing multi-functional teams and daily operations. NExposure to luxury hospitality, wellness, or community management will be preferred. NStrong leadership and people-management skills. NExcellent customer service and member relationship management skills. NExpertise in facility andvendor management. NStrong understanding of budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting. NKnowledge of health, safety, and statutory compliance.
