We are hiring an Presentation & Graphic Designer - B2B (Figma exp is required)

This role requires someone who can think through content, structure it effectively, and design high-quality presentations from scratch.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Presentation & Graphic Designer with strong B2B experience. The role will focus on creating high-impact presentations, pitch decks, sales collateral, and visual communication assets for business and leadership audiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Design high-end PPT presentations, pitch decks, sales decks, proposals, and business presentations.
- Translate complex business information into clear, engaging, and visually compelling stories.
- Create graphics, infographics, charts, diagrams, icons, and other visual assets to support presentations.
- Work closely with business, marketing, and creative teams to understand briefs and develop concepts.
- Maintain strong consistency with brand guidelines, visual identity, and design systems.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
- Review and refine presentations based on stakeholder feedback.
- Ensure all deliverables are visually polished, accurate, and presentation-ready.

Must-Have Skills

- 5–7 years of experience in B2B presentation / graphic design.
- Strong expertise in PowerPoint and presentation design.




- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
- Strong understanding of typography, layouts, visual hierarchy, colour, and storytelling.
- Experience designing for corporate, technology, consulting, BFSI, SaaS, or other B2B environments.
- Ability to work with data-heavy content and convert it into compelling visual communication.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating premium presentations, pitch decks, corporate communication, and graphic design.

Good to Have

- Experience working with global clients/stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Figma.
- Experience with motion/animation for presentations.
- Exposure to AI-assisted design tools.
- Agency or creative studio experience.
