La Bake Amore is one of Asia’s leading specialised baking education institutes, focused on professional baking and pâtisserie education. We train aspiring bakers and pastry chefs through hands-on, industry-focused programmes.

We are looking for a Senior Pastry Chef Instructor who combines strong technical skills with a genuine passion for teaching, mentoring and creating.

Position Details

Location: MG Road, Bengaluru

Salary: ₹40,000–₹65,000/month, based on experience and performance

Type: Full-time | Permanent | In-person

Hours: 9am to 6:30pm | Monday weekly day off

Selection: In-person interview + practical trial

The Role

- Conduct hands-on practical and theory classes
- Demonstrate and teach professional baking & pâtisserie techniques
- Mentor students and provide constructive feedback
- Develop and standardise recipes, products and techniques
- Improve curriculum, modules and training standards
- Maintain high standards of taste, texture,



presentation and execution
- Support kitchen operations, hygiene and food-safety standards

We’re Looking For

- Strong professional baking & pâtisserie skills
- Passion for teaching and sharing knowledge
- Creative, precise and detail-oriented approach
- Excellent communication and demonstration skills
- Professional kitchen discipline and ownership
- Relevant degree, diploma or certification in Bakery/Pâtisserie
- Previous experience as a Pastry Chef or Baking Instructor preferred
