Role Description

The Graphic Designer at Brainloop is a full-time, on-site role based in Sion, Mumbai. The role involves creating visual designs across our toy products, packaging, marketing, and brand communication.

What You'll Work On

- Designing toy packaging, boxes, cards, game components, and product artwork
- Creating illustrations, icons, educational visuals, and game graphics
- Developing creative assets for social media, digital marketing, websites, and advertisements
- Designing brochures, catalogues, product inserts, and other marketing materials
- Preparing print-ready artwork for packaging and production




- Working with the product team to translate concepts and ideas into engaging visual designs
- Maintaining consistency in Brainloop's visual identity across products and marketing materials
- Making design revisions based on feedback and collaborating with the team to improve creative output
- Managing multiple design projects while meeting timelines and production requirements

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in CorelDRAW and/or Adobe Illustrator or equivalent design software
- Good understanding of colour, typography, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy
- Experience in packaging design and print production
- Ability to create illustrations, icons, layouts, and other visual assets
- Understanding of print requirements such as bleed, CMYK, resolution, and file preparation
- Solid attention to detail, especially for packaging and production artwork
- Ability to understand a brief and translate ideas into clear, engaging visuals
- Good communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to take ownership of projects and work independently as well as with a team
- A degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is a plus
- Experience in toys, FMCG, children's products, packaging, or consumer brands is a plus
- A portfolio demonstrating relevant design and packaging work is preferred
