Hospertz India Private Limited is a healthcare consultancy and turnkey project company specializing in Hospital Planning, Architecture, Interior Design, MEP, Project Management Consultancy and Turnkey Healthcare Projects across India.

? Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and generate new business leads.

• Identify and qualify potential clients for hospital/healthcare projects.

• Understand client requirements and communicate our services effectively.

• Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp and email.

• Schedule meetings for the Sales/Business Development team.





• Maintain and update lead databases/CRM regularly.

• Track follow-ups and ensure timely closure of assigned leads.

• Achieve monthly lead generation and conversion targets.

• Prepare daily/weekly sales activity reports.

? What We Are Looking For

✅ 2–5 years of experience in Telesales / Inside Sales / B2B Sales.

✅ Excellent communication and convincing skills.

✅ Strong follow-up and negotiation abilities.

✅ Comfortable working with sales targets.

✅ Positive knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.

✅ Confident and professional telephone etiquette.

✅ Experience in Healthcare, Construction, Architecture, Interior, Real Estate or B2B Services will be an added advantage.
