SAP S/4 HANA Solution Architect – Bangalore

Must Have Skills:

- Minimum 5 E2E Implementations in ERP Applications as an SAP S/4 HANA Solution Architect is must
- minimum of 10+ Years' experience in a progressive responsibility expanding capability with focus in area of implementing & supporting multiple environments
- Experience with SAP and Other Implementations
- Experience with Water Fall & AGILE methodology
- Stakeholder Management
- Minimum two or more years of end-to-end implementation experience in transformation or support projects
- Proven experience of managing large end-to-end projects of SAP and other Implementation, Managing large scale transformation ERP implementation and business change projects
- Experience of project managing end to end multi-country, large scale and complex SAP project using Waterfall and Agile Methodology
- Worked on complex data migration, Analytics, Integration with 3rd party systems etc.
- Exposure to at least one PLM or ERP package
- Work with business leaders to define end state manufacturing floor processes. This involves working with production managers and process owners in defining functional requirements.
- Provide day to day system/process support to
- Build process documentation, functional specifications and test scripts
- Maintain system configuration
- Change management and train users on new systems and processes.
- Manage and oversee the design and development of customized reports
- Design and development of interfaces

- Acquires clear understanding and capabilities of 3rd party packages and how they fit into our IT solution
- Acquires clear understanding of the interaction between systems
- Designs solutions based on development standards and approaches
- Participates in strategic analysis, proof-of-concept, and prototyping initiatives to prepare for utilization of recent technology




- Prepares technical specifications based on thorough understanding of functional specifications

Responsibilities:

- Compiling and implementing application development plans for new or existing applications.
- Leading the application development team and supervising the design, testing, and modification stages.
- Use analysis skills to immediately resolve issues and perform root cause analysis to identify and prevent recurrence.
- Collaborating with senior managers to determine business-specific application needs.
- Demonstrating application prototypes and integrating user feedback.
- Performing application integration, maintenance, upgrades, and migration.
- Solution Design: help lead in high level design and technical design discussions based on business requirements.
- Configuration in the required platform, and debug system issues under steady state or managed services.
- Experience in Manufacturing/Industrial Domain
- Analyze and consult on complex operations issues and present practical solutions via process change or systems requirements.
- Develop and maintain business requirements, functional specification and test plan for meeting manufacturing requirement.
- In partnership with development and support team, develop and administer internal processes to help improve the quality of deliverables to our customer.
- Knowledge of SAP ERP /Agile and touch points with Agile/SAP is a plus manage the identification, resolution and escalation of project risks and issues
- Plan and execute project communications ensuring timely and accurate distribution of information, documentation, and issue resolution to all appropriate team members
- Mitigate Risks, proactively managing identified risks/issues, performs regular risk reviews and maintain the RAID log
