Job Title SAP Archiving Consultant Supply Chain DVM Taana

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP Archiving Consultant with expertise in Supply Chain archiving objects Data Volume Management DVM and Taana based data analysis and optimization The consultant will be responsible for analyzing data growth trends identifying high volume and fast growing SAP tables and implementing archiving strategies to optimize system performance reduce database footprint and support data lifecycle management across SAP ECC and S4HANA environments The role also includes supporting audit and regulatory reporting requirements from archived data

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement SAP data archiving solutions across Supply Chain modules including MM SD PP WMEWM and Logistics Execution
Assess database growth and identify high volume and rapidly growing SAP tables using Taana Load Analyze Optimize methodologies
Develop and execute archiving strategies using SAP SARA ADK ILM and Information Lifecycle Management ILM frameworks
Perform archive object analysis sizing retention policy assessments and archiving feasibility studies
Optimize system performance by reducing database size and improving application response times
Manage end to end archiving activities including analysis archiving storage retrieval and deletion processes




Collaborate with business and technical teams to define archiving policies and data retention requirements
Support SAP S4HANA transformation and system housekeeping initiatives through effective DVM practices
Provide reporting and support for audit compliance and regulatory requests involving archived data
Ensure data accessibility integrity and compliance throughout the archiving lifecycle

Required Skills Experience

5 years of experience in SAP Data Archiving and Data Volume Management
Strong expertise in SAP SARA ILM ADK and SAP Archiving Frameworks
Handson experience with Taana for data load analysis growth assessment and optimization recommendations
Deep understanding of Supply Chain data models and archiving objects across MM SD PP WMEWM and Logistics
Experience identifying and optimizing large and rapid growing SAP tables
Knowledge of SAP ECC and SAP S4HANA environments
Experience handling audit compliance and regulator reporting requirements from archived data
Strong analytical troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with SAP Information Lifecycle Management ILM implementation projects
Exposure to SAP HANA database optimization and housekeeping activities
Experience in largescale SAP transformation or S4HANA migration programs
SAP Archiving ILM or related SAP certifications are preferred
