Continuously monitor and assess the impact of automation on business processes, and propose refinements for further efficiency. Proven experience as an RPA Developer with expertise in Microsoft Power Automate. Robust understanding of RPA concepts and workflow automation. Proficiency in creating and managing Power Automate flows, connectors, and integrations with other Microsoft 365 applications. Experience with scripting and programming languages such as JavaScript, PowerShell, or Python. Familiarity with API-based integrations and third-party platforms. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think critically and deliver efficient solutions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical terms for non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: Microsoft Power Automate certification. Experience with other RPA tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere is a plus. Understanding of Agile methodologies and working in a collaborative development environment.
