Role Summary

We are looking for a hands-on AI Engineer with 4+ years of dedicated experience in Python, LangChain, LangGraph, and Agentic AI to design and deploy autonomous multi-agent workflows and enterprise GenAI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, build, and deploy autonomous agents and multi-agent systems using LangChain and LangGraph.

- Develop scalable backend services and APIs in Python (FastAPI / Flask).

- Implement advanced RAG architectures, state management, memory persistence, and vector store integrations.

- Optimize agent tool execution, reduce LLM latency, and monitor performance using evaluation tools.

- Collaborate in an Agile engineering team to push production-grade GenAI pipelines to cloud platforms.

Required Skills

- Core Tech: Python 3.9+, LangChain, LangGraph, Agentic AI, Autonomous Agents.

- APIs & Backend: FastAPI, Flask, REST APIs, Pydantic, AsyncIO.

- Databases: Vector DBs (Pinecone, ChromaDB, Qdrant, PGVector) & SQL.

- Tools & Deployment: Git, Docker, LangSmith / LangFuse, AWS / Azure cloud services.
