We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with robust expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM Absence Management and Payroll Data Migration. The candidate will be responsible for understanding business requirements, configuring Oracle HCM modules, supporting data migration activities, and working closely with business and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Strong functional experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Absence Management.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle HCM solutions.
- Configure and support Absence Management, including absence types, plans, eligibility, accruals, and related processes.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Payroll data migration activities.
- Prepare, validate,
and reconcile employee, assignment, payroll, and related HCM data during migration.
- Work with HDL/HSDL and other Oracle data migration tools/processes.
- Perform data mapping, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation.
- Support functional testing, SIT, UAT, and defect resolution.
- Prepare functional specifications and documentation.
- Coordinate with technical teams for integrations, reports, and data migration issues.
- Provide post-go-live support and resolve functional issues.
