- Provision and configure F5 Load Balancer services for new and existing applications.
- Manage and support F5 components such as:
- Local Traffic Manager (LTM)
- Global Traffic Manager (GTM) / DNS
- SSL certificate configuration and renewal
- Virtual Servers, Pools, Nodes, and Health Monitors
- Create, modify, and troubleshoot DNS records and application routing configurations.
- Review application onboarding requirements and implement load balancing solutions.
- Analyze and troubleshoot application connectivity, routing, and traffic distribution issues.
- Investigate failures related to load balancer provisioning and DNS resolution.
- Support change management, implementation, testing, and production deployment activities.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, provisioning guides, and workflow documents.
- Coordinate with application, infrastructure, network, and security teams during deployments and incident resolution.
- Perform root cause analysis for service disruptions related to F5 and DNS infrastructure.
