- Program management. We use g-suite and Atlassian tools, and while we are looking for a recent grad, they need to be proficient in tech and confident in managing workflows, building plans and coordinating action.

- Self-motivation. The team is small and connected, but often the work will be solo, remote, or at odd (global) hours, and you need drive to keep everything moving.
- Learns quickly. Able to come up to speed quickly on a new domain, understand the business context, and apply it intelligently in a moving context.
