Role Overview

As a Lead Data Scientist, you will spearhead the development and deployment of enterprise AI systems with an emphasis on Generative AI, Agentic workflows, and Natural Language Processing. You will design end-to-end architectures utilizing state-of-the-art transformer models, advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and high-performance API services.

Key Responsibilities

- Architect and deliver production-ready Generative AI solutions leveraging LLMs, Advanced RAG pipelines, and agentic workflows.

- Build autonomous multi-agent systems and applications incorporating Agentic AI concepts.

- Implement semantic search and retrieval systems using leading vector databases alongside LangChain and LlamaIndex frameworks.

- Develop and optimize machine learning, deep learning architectures, NLP models, and OCR processing pipelines.

- Build robust, scalable backend microservices and APIs using Python FastAPI with SDA-based implementations.

- Deploy, manage, and scale AI/ML workloads across enterprise cloud environments.





Required Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have Technical Expertise:

- Large Language Models & Frameworks: Hands-on experience with LLMs, Advanced RAG architectures, NLP, transformer models, and LangChain.

- Agentic AI: Demonstrated practical knowledge of Agentic AI concepts, tooling, and real-world implementations.

- GenAI Ecosystem: Deep understanding of Generative AI models (such as ChatGPT, LLaMA 2, GANs, VAEs, and transformers) coupled with vector databases and LlamaIndex.

- Core Data Science & ML: Solid foundation in machine learning algorithms, deep learning architecture design, NLP, and OCR.

- API & Backend Development: Solid proficiency in Python and FastAPI, including SDA-based implementations for API integration.

- Cloud Deployment: Proven expertise in deploying and serving AI models on major cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Eligibility Criteria:

- Minimum 5+ years of relevant hands-on experience in Machine Learning and Data Science.

- Educational Qualification: BE, B.Tech, MCA, or M.Sc degree holders only.

- Current Notice Period: Immediate joiners or candidates actively serving notice period.

- Availability: Candidates must be available for an in-person, face-to-face interview in Bangalore on Sunday, 27th September 2026.
