Role Summary

We are seeking a Senior Python & AI Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience specializing in FastAPI, API Integration, LangChain, LangGraph, RAG architectures, and LLM implementations. In this role, you will build robust microservices and advanced AI-driven backend systems to deploy enterprise Generative AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Architect, develop, and maintain high-performance RESTful APIs and backend services using FastAPI and up-to-date Python.

- Build, optimize, and scale RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines, context processing engines, and vector search workflows.

- Design complex multi-agent workflows, cyclic execution graphs, and state management systems using LangChain and LangGraph.





- Seamlessly integrate enterprise backend systems with third-party APIs, custom LLM endpoints (OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face), and vector databases.

- Optimize LLM query performance, reduce token latency, enforce prompt security, and conduct evaluations using monitoring frameworks.

Required Skills

- Core Backend: Python 3.9+ (Expert Level), FastAPI (Expert Level), RESTful API Integration, Microservices, Pydantic, AsyncIO.

- GenAI & Agentic Tech: LangChain, LangGraph, RAG, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, Agentic Workflows.

- Databases & Vector Stores: Vector DBs (Pinecone, ChromaDB, Qdrant, Weaviate, PGVector) & Relational DBs (PostgreSQL, MySQL).

- Tools & Deployments: Git, Docker, LangSmith / LangFuse, AWS / Azure cloud services.
