Job Description Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to architect and lead the development of our next-generation, AI-augmented applications. In this role, you will own end-to-end full-stack feature delivery while integrating intelligent AI capabilities using Python and LangChain.

You will combine core software engineering excellence across Angular, LoopbackJS, and PostgreSQL with advanced AI-assisted development practices (GitHub Copilot, Claude, DROID) to accelerate delivery, mentor team members, and drive technical strategy across the stack.

Core Responsibilities

- Full-Stack Architecture & Feature Delivery: Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, end-to-end features across an Angular frontend, LoopbackJS (TypeScript) backend, and PostgreSQL database.

- AI Feature Integration: Lead the integration of Python and LangChain to build AI-driven features, intelligent processing pipelines, and LLM-backed capabilities.

- AI-Assisted Development: Utilize cutting-edge AI development tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude, DROID) to accelerate software design, coding, refactoring, testing, and documentation.

- System Design & Optimization: Architect scalable, secure solutions with a focus on RESTful API design, database query optimization, asynchronous patterns, and high-performance data modeling.

- Quality & Mentorship: Drive code quality through systematic design reviews, architectural guidance,



and hands-on mentorship of junior and mid-level engineers.

- Technical Strategy: Contribute to technical roadmaps, evaluate emerging AI/ML technologies, manage technical debt, and ensure enterprise-grade security and maintainability.

Key Requirements & Qualifications Mandatory Skills
- Frontend: Angular (6+ years experience)

- Backend: LoopbackJS / Node.js / TypeScript (6+ years experience)

- Database: PostgreSQL (6+ years experience in schema design, indexing, and query optimization)

- AI & Language: Python & AI Development Tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude, DROID, or similar)

Required Experience & Technical Expertise
- 6+ years of hands-on full-stack development experience delivering complex, enterprise-level web applications end-to-end.

- Full Stack Prompt Engineering: Advanced proficiency in writing structured, context-rich prompts to decompose business requirements, analyze large codebases, generate solution approaches, and speed up feature delivery.

- AI Output Validation: Robust software engineering judgment to evaluate, refine, and validate AI-generated code against security, performance, and architecture standards.

- Database Mastery: Deep understanding of relational databases, RESTful microservices/APIs, performance tuning, and asynchronous processing.

Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with LangChain or similar LLM orchestration frameworks.

- Advanced experience with Python for backend services and AI/ML model integrations.

- Knowledge of advanced PostgreSQL capabilities (JSON handling, full-text search, partition strategies).

- Experience with structured logging, telemetry, and observability frameworks.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with direct exposure to leading technical discussions.
