Job Description:

- Gather and translate business, data and regulatory requirements into transparent functional requirements.

- Work with Compliance SMEs, Data Architecture and AI Engineering teams.

- Define and maintain data requirements, data inventory and artefact inventory.

- Assess data lineage, quality, availability and readiness for AI use cases.

- Analyse regulatory and compliance use cases and convert them into data-driven solutions.

- Support GenAI/RAG use cases by identifying relevant data, documents and contextual requirements.

- Identify data gaps, dependencies and risks and drive resolution with stakeholders.

- Prepare BRDs, user stories, process flows and requirement documentation.

- Facilitate stakeholder discussions, workshops and requirement walkthroughs.

- Support UAT, validation and business sign-off for delivered solutions.
