Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Trade Finance Business Analyst to support the modernisation and digital transformation of our Trade Finance platforms. The role will be responsible for working closely with business stakeholders, operations teams, architects, product owners, and engineering teams to define business requirements, drive process improvements, and support the delivery of strategic Trade Finance initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess robust Trade Finance domain expertise combined with experience in Agile delivery, API-enabled platforms, integration programmes, and digital transformation initiatives.

- Key Requirements

Trade Finance / Supply Chain Finance Domain Analysis

- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements across Trade Finance / SCF / Open Account products and processes.
- Act as a subject matter expert and liaison between business and technology teams.
- Understand end-to-end Trade Finance /SCF journeys and identify opportunities for process optimisation and digitisation.
- Support target operating model and business process redesign initiatives.

Requirements Management

- Facilitate requirements workshops and stakeholder discussions.
- Create and maintain Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications, User Stories, Process Flows, and Acceptance Criteria.
- Ensure traceability of requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Manage requirement prioritisation in partnership with Product Owners.

Product & Delivery Support

- Work closely with development and QA teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, UAT preparation, and release activities.




- Validate delivered solutions against business requirements and expected outcomes.
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and technology implementation.
