JD: 5+ years of professional software engineering or application development experience. Robust proficiency in Python and experience with one or more additional programming languages such as Java, Go, or C#. Experience building and supporting enterprise applications, APIs, integrations, or workflow automation solutions. Hands-on experience building AI agents using Python and frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, or AutoGen. Experience developing LLM-enabled solutions using models such as GPT, Claude, or Gemini, including prompt engineering, RAG, tool calling, function calling, multi-agent systems, and MCP. Experience with vector databases or retrieval services such as PGvector, Snowflake, Azure AI Search, Pinecone, Weaviate,



or Chroma; Azure AI Foundry or Azure OpenAI; API integration; evaluation and observability; and GitHub Actions for MLOps or LLMOps. Knowledge of Responsible AI and security practices for enterprise AI solutions. Experience with GitHub, source control management, automated testing, and CI/CD practices. Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions and working with cross-functional stakeholders. Experience working in Agile software development environments. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.
