Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Typically 15 or more years of software-engineering experience.
- At least 7 years of experience in engineering leadership or management positions.
- Significant experience leading managers, architects, technical leads, and multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in AdTech, MarTech, data platforms, or another high-volume digital ecosystem.
- Strong understanding of programmatic advertising and the broader digital-advertising ecosystem.
- Proven experience building or scaling distributed, high-volume, and data-intensive technology platforms.
- Solid experience with real-time systems, APIs, microservices, event-driven architecture, and cloud-native technologies.
- Experience with batch processing, streaming, data pipelines, data lakes, data warehouses, and analytical platforms.




- Experience integrating machine-learning or data-science capabilities into production systems.
- Strong understanding of modern engineering practices, automated testing, DevOps, CI/CD, observability, and site reliability.
- Experience managing cloud infrastructure, technology budgets, vendors, and infrastructure costs.
- Working knowledge of information security, data privacy, governance, and compliance.
- Demonstrated ability to improve engineering quality, scalability, reliability, and organizational accountability.
- Experience working with global stakeholders and geographically distributed teams.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, coaching, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
