Role: MSP Admin

Job Summary:

The MSP Admin is responsible for providing backend operational support within the Vendor Management System (VMS) for Suppliers and Hiring Managers. The role ensures smooth execution of activities while maintaining data accuracy, compliance, and timely processing across the worker lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer VMS activities on behalf of hiring managers and suppliers.




- Manage the end-to-end worker lifecycle (onboarding, contract extensions, manager/cost center changes, and offboarding). Setting up Suppliers on the VMS
- Maintain accurate VMS data, ensuring all documentation and compliance records are up to date.
- Coordinate directly with supplier administrators to setup on the VMS
- Manage team mailboxes, providing prompt resolutions to queries from vendors, Hiring Managers and internal stakeholders.
- Generate and maintain operational reports tracking suppliers, active assignments, and offboarded workers.
- Strong communication and coordination skills with vendors and internal stakeholders

Work Experience

- 2-3 years of required experience in a production-driven customer service workplace.
- Prior experience in the staffing or contingent workforce industry is highly preferred.
- Hands-on experience with VMS platforms required (specifically Beeline).

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

- Solid working knowledge of Vendor Management Systems (VMS).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, with advanced Excel skills specifically for data tracking, reporting, and analysis.
