Responsibilities

- Build and nurture long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals and businesses.
- Understand client needs and offer tailored financial products and services.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive client engagement.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings to provide competitive solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Conduct regular client meetings and provide periodic performance reports.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in relationship management or a similar role.
- Robust knowledge of banking products and services, especially in the high-net-worth segment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach.
- Ability to build trust and rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Analytical skills to interpret financial data and make informed recommendations.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software.
- Flexibility to work extended hours as needed, including occasional weekends.
