Mid-Level Product Designer

You know how to move a product forward. Not the kind of "forward" that looks good in a deck — the kind where users actually get it and teams can ship it.

We're looking for a Mid-Level Product Designer to own features, flows, and user problems across our client roster — fintech, edtech, deep tech. You'll work with PMs and engineers who expect you to bring thinking, not just pixels.

What you'll actually do:

- Own product features or user flows end-to-end — discovery, design, iteration
- Partner with PMs on strategy and engineers on feasibility — both conversations matter
- Conduct research, build prototypes, validate ideas before handoff
- Contribute to design system work (components, patterns, specs)
- Get feedback from senior designers and grow from it

Who we're looking for:

- 3–5 years designing in product, SaaS, or digital environments
- A portfolio that shows your problem-solving process, not just final output




- Comfortable with user research and testing — you can articulate why a design works
- Strong fundamentals: information architecture, interaction design, accessibility basics
- Proficient in Figma (and comfortable learning other tools)
- Ownership mindset — you follow a project through to launch, not just handoff
