ITC 24 mantra is hiring for Field Certification role

Role -

The primary objective is to drive on-ground implementation and management of Internal Control Systems (ICS) for certified organic grower groups. Responsible for internal audits, and exhaustive documentation to guarantee 100% compliance

Key Responsibilities

On-Ground Documentation & Data Management

- Maintain comprehensive, up-to-date documentation for all registered farmers (Farmer Diaries, Farm History Sheets, and Land Maps). Cover 3 ICS in a month
- Perform timely data entries into traceability software platforms (e.G., APEDA’s Tracenet for NPOP standards in India).
- Ensure all new farmers read, understand, and sign membership agreements and pledge form
- Document yields, storage conditions, and purchase records to maintain a explicit audit trail

Internal Auditing & Inspection

- Manage documentation related to crop risk assessments, input approvals, and seed source
- Conduct routine internal inspections and surprise visits of member farms to verify adherence to organic standards (NPOP, NOP,



or EU regulations).
- Fill out internal inspection checklists accurately and identify any non-conformances (NCs).
- Assist the ICS Manager and external third-party certification auditors during annual audits.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, or a related field.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in organic agriculture, preferably handling ICS documentation for farmer producer organizations (FPOs) or organic export companies.
- Knowledge: Understanding of the National Programme for Organic Production (NPOP) or other international organic guidelines.
- Skills: Strong proficiency in local languages - (preferred Telugu for South), basic computer literacy for documentation, and willingness to travel extensively within rural farming clusters.

Location - Hyderabad ( Extensive travel required)
