Roles & responsibilities

We are looking for individuals with 2-7 years of FS consulting experience across multiple roles.

Base Requirements:

- Candidates with an experience in any one or more of the Financial Industry (Banking/ Capital Market / Asset Management / Wealth management)

- Required to work on diverse engagements for financial services clients

- Ability to adapt and work on different projects and areas

- Exposure to US and UK geographies

- Strong communication skills and confidence in leading workshops

- Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, Python, SQL will be an advantage

- Nature of the projects include (but not limited to):

- Process design and optimization including regulatory processes, operational excellence & transformation across the value chain – front office, middle office and back office





- Design and implementation of target operating model transformations (systems, processes, controls etc.)

- Data Governance, Data Lineage, Data Testing etc.

- Technology enabled Digital transformation

- Regulatory Transformations eg IFRS 17, Basel III

Role : Key Focus on FS Operations and Transformations projects

- Basic to Intermediate level understanding or experience in Front, Middle or Back-office operations pertaining to Asset Management, Wealth Management and Banking clients

- Quick to adapt and open to working on wide-ranging FS engagements across FS sub-sectors and functional areas

- Experience of having worked in a consulting profile or advisory firms like Big 4 preferably on transformation projects

- Knowledge of Workiva tool will be an advantage

- Reconciliation & Validation

- Data Quality Engineering: Designing and writing complex validation scripts to compare legacy reports side-by-side with new data products.

- Discrepancy Resolution: Investigating and explaining variances in data outputs, ensuring high data fidelity and quality.

- Advanced SQL: Querying, extracting, and analyzing large datasets across modern cloud data warehouses (like Snowflake) and legacy platforms
