We are hiring for a Global Capability Center (GCC) in Bangalore.

Location : Bellandur, Bangalore (Work From Office)

️ Language Requirement : French (B2/C1 Certified) + English

Experience : Accounting / Audit / Bookkeeping / Taxation Professionals

Key Responsibilities

- Develop technical skills and knowledge across Audit & Assurance, Bookkeeping, Compilation Engagements, Accounting, and Corporate Tax.
- Support the preparation and review of financial statements, working papers, schedules, and related engagement documentation.
- Assist with audit and assurance engagements by performing assigned testing, documentation, financial analysis, and follow-up procedures.
- Perform bookkeeping activities, including recording financial transactions, maintaining general ledgers, reconciling accounts, and supporting period-end close activities.
- Prepare corporate tax returns and other related tax filings, where applicable.
- Manage multiple client files and assignments while meeting established timelines and quality standards.
- Prepare balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and other financial reports.
- Review and resolve discrepancies in financial records and reports.
- Establish charts of accounts and prepare journal entries.




- Support data analytics reporting and related client deliverables.
- Prepare correspondence, technical reports, client summaries, and presentations.
- Communicate professionally with French-speaking clients, engagement teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate effectively with client engagement teams and stakeholders.

Essential Skills Required

✅ French-language proficiency at B2 or C1 level with certification from a recognized institution.

✅ Strong written and verbal communication skills in French and English.

✅ Strong analytical, numerical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.

✅ Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.

✅ Robust client service orientation and teamwork skills.

✅ Willingness to build capabilities across Audit, Bookkeeping, Compilation, Accounting, and Tax.

Technical Skills

- Foundational understanding of accounting, auditing, taxation, bookkeeping, and financial reporting principles.
- Understanding of balance sheets, profit & loss statements, general ledgers, charts of accounts, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
