Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Target Achievement

- Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets within the assigned territory (Delhi/NCR – North or Mumbai – West).
- Contribute significantly to regional and organizational growth objectives.

2. Lead Generation & Pipeline Management

- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through various sales channels.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and ensure consistent deal progression from prospecting to closure.

3. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

- Acquire new corporate clients across industries.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders to drive repeat business, client satisfaction, and long-term retention.

4. Solution Selling

- Understand client learning and development requirements and propose customized learning solutions.
- Effectively engage with HR, Talent Management,



and L&D; leaders, positioning programs as strategic business solutions.

5. Market Intelligence

- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging client needs.
- Provide market feedback and insights to enhance sales strategies and solution offerings.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Proven experience in B2B sales, corporate training, learning solutions, EdTech, or workforce development.
- Strong consultative and solution-selling skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage complex sales cycles and build relationships with senior decision-makers.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
