- Create PCB layouts for analog, digital, mixed-signal, and power electronics designs using Altium Designer .
- Develop and maintain PCB footprints, component libraries, and design rules.
- Translate circuit schematics into manufacturable PCB designs.
- Perform component placement, routing, stack-up definition, and impedance-controlled design.
- Conduct design rule checks (DRC), electrical rule checks (ERC), and layout reviews.
- Work with hardware engineers to electromagnetic compatibility (EMC/EMI).
- Generate fabrication, assembly, and manufacturing documentation including Gerber files, ODB++, BOM, pick-and-place files, and assembly drawings.
- Coordinate with fabrication and assembly vendors to resolve manufacturing issues.
- Participate in design reviews and ensure compliance with industry standards and company design practices.
- Maintain design documentation and revision control throughout the product lifecycle.
