? Experience: 1–4 Years
? Shift: US Shift
? Work Week: 5 Days | Rostered Week Off
We’re looking for candidates with experience in International Voice / US Voice processes, preferably from a Banking / BFSI process.
Key Requirements:
- Excellent English communication
- Prior US Voice / International Voice experience
- Banking/BFSI process exposure preferred
- Team Management / People Management
- Positive understanding of process and quality parameters
- Comfortable working in US shifts
