Senior Associate – Corporate Development & Strategy
Department: Corporate Development & Investor Relations
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 3 - 4 years Industry: BFSI (NBFC / Fintech / Lending preferred)
Role Overview - Kissht is hiring a high-potential professional for its Corporate Development,
Strategy & Investor Relations function. The role works closely with senior leadership and
investors on strategic initiatives, fundraising, corporate development, and business finance
decision-making for a fast-growing digital lending platform
Key Responsibilities:
Business Finance
? Drive budgeting, forecasting, performance tracking, and variance analysis
? Analyze profitability, unit economics, CAC, LTV, and return metrics
? Support pricing, ROI, investment, and cost-optimization decisions
? Build financial models and business cases for new initiatives
? Track KPIs, MIS, and management dashboards in coordination with finance, risk, and business
teams
Investor Relations
? Prepare investor presentations, board decks, and monthly performance updates
? Support investor communication, fundraising, and due diligence
? Track peer benchmarks, market trends, and investor expectations
Strategy & Corporate Development
? Support business strategy, growth initiatives, and new product/geography evaluations
? Conduct market and competitor analysis




Candidate Profile Education
? Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory
? MBA (Finance), CFA / CPA an advantage
Experience
? 3 - 4 years in Corporate Development, Strategy, Investor Relations, Transaction Advisory, or
Business Finance
? BFSI / NBFC / Fintech experience preferred
Skills
? Strong financial modelling, analysis, and valuation
? Excellent Excel & PowerPoint (investor-grade)
? Structured thinking, strong communication, and high ownership mindset
