Description
The Senior Executive – Trainer – Claims will be responsible for designing, delivering, and managing comprehensive training programs focused on US healthcare claims adjudication and the Facet application. Working closely with the Large Payers team, you will ensure that new and existing staff are equipped with the knowledge and skills required to meet operational excellence in a night‑shift, work‑from‑office environment at our Infopark Kochi campus.
Responsibilities
- Develop and update training curriculum for claims adjudication and Facet application usage.
- Conduct classroom and virtual training sessions for recent hires and existing staff.
- Assess trainee performance through quizzes, simulations, and on‑the‑job evaluations.
- Collaborate with operations and subject matter experts to align training with business needs.
- Maintain and organize training materials, documentation, and LMS content.
- Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance improvement plans.
- Track training metrics and generate reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with US healthcare regulations and internal policies.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practice forums within the team.
- Adapt training delivery to accommodate night‑shift schedules and remote participants.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in US healthcare claims adjudication.
- Minimum 1 year of experience delivering training or coaching.
- Hands‑on experience with the Facet claims management application.
- Graduate degree in any discipline (Bachelors or higher).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work night‑shift hours and be present on‑site at Infopark Kochi.
- Strong understanding of large payer processes and workflows.
- Proven problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
- Team‑player mindset with the ability to collaborate across functions.
- Proficiency with learning management systems and training tools.
