The Role:

The Vice President will play a central role in managing transaction execution, supporting seller onboarding, buyer matching activities and leading a growing team of analysts, associates and deal professionals. This is a hands-on leadership role combining execution management, client management and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

Transaction Execution:

- Lead execution of live M&A; and capital raising transactions

- Manage transaction timelines and deal processes

- Coordinate buyers, investors, clients, lawyers and advisers





- Identify and resolve execution bottlenecks

- Drive transactions toward successful completion.

Seller Onboarding:

- Meet prospective sellers and business owners

- Assess transaction readiness and suitability

- Guide clients through onboarding and preparation processes

Buyer & Investor Matching:

- Support buyer outreach and engagement

- Facilitate introductions and transaction discussions

- Maintain momentum throughout the deal process.

Team Leadership:

- Manage and mentor analysts, associates and execution professionals

- Review work product and ensure quality standards

- Improve internal processes and transaction workflows.

Requirements:

- 7+ years of M&A; execution experience

- Prior transaction experience across Southeast Asia strongly preferred, with broader international market experience also considered

- Experience in investment banking, M&A; advisory, corporate finance, private equity or corporate development

- Demonstrated involvement in completed transactions

- Experience managing junior professionals and multiple live transactions

- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills

- Strong communication and leadership capability
