Key Responsibilities
- Identify, onboard and manage Channel Partners in South Bombay.
- Build solid relationships with existing CPs and brokers.
- Generate leads, site visits and business through the CP network.
- Expand and activate the Channel Partner network across the SOBO market.
- Drive business for luxury and premium real estate projects.
- Track CP performance and achieve assigned business targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Real Estate Sales.
- Prior experience working in South Bombay is mandatory/preferred.
- Strong existing Channel Partner/Broker network in South Bombay.
- Experience in luxury/premium real estate will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, networking and relationship-management skills.
- Candidates currently residing in Mumbai preferred; relocation candidates will not be considered.
