Role Description The Private & Social Events role is a full-time, in office position based in Gurgaon. The role involves planning and executing private and social events, including project planning, vendor management, and on-ground supervision. Responsibilities include meeting clients to understand their requirements, preparing event proposals and budgets, coordinating timelines, and ensuring all event elements are delivered to agreed standards. The role also requires managing guest experiences, overseeing event logistics,



and working closely with internal teams such as production, design, and finance. Candidates will be expected to maintain detailed documentation, support post-event reporting, and contribute ideas to enhance event quality and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including client-facing interaction, negotiation, and clear written reporting.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to guide and brief on-ground teams, vendors, and support staff for smooth event execution.
- Relevant experience in private and social events, hospitality, or related fields, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong project planning and time-management abilities, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules.
- Preferred qualification: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or a related discipline.
