About Position:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with 8 to 12 years of experience in Oracle HCM implementations, support engagements, and HR transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM modules, business process analysis, solution design, stakeholder management, and end-to-end implementation lifecycle activities.

What You'll Do:

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from HR and business stakeholders.
- Conduct discovery workshops and requirement gathering sessions.
- Perform fit-gap assessments against Oracle Cloud HCM capabilities and industry best practices.
- Translate business requirements into functional designs and solution blueprints.
- Recommend process improvements and transformation opportunities using Oracle HCM capabilities.
- Prepare business process flows, functional specifications, and solution design documents.
- Lead and participate in Oracle Cloud HCM implementation, enhancement, and support projects.
- Configure Oracle HCM solutions aligned with organizational HR policies and business objectives.
- Design scalable solutions following Oracle Cloud HCM best practices.
- Support system setup, functional testing, user acceptance testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Validate configuration and ensure adherence to quality and compliance standards.
- Configure performance management cycles, performance documents, templates, and workflows.
- Support goal management processes and employee development initiatives.
- Design rating models, approval hierarchies, and calibration processes.

- Support career development and workforce planning initiatives.
- Maintain talent management data integrity and optimize talent processes.
- Partner with business stakeholders to improve talent development strategies.
- Configure compensation plans, salary review processes, and reward management programs.
- Support compensation cycle planning, approvals, and configuration requirements.
- Assist HR teams in implementing fair and compliant compensation practices.
- Facilitate client workshops, requirement discussions, and solution review sessions.
- Collaborate with business users, project managers, architects, and technical teams.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular project status updates.
- Support business readiness, change management, and adoption activities.
- Conduct end-user training and knowledge transfer sessions.
- Analyze and resolve complex Oracle HCM functional issues independently.
- Provide application support and enhancement recommendations.
- Coordinate with Oracle Support for product-related issues and enhancement requests.
- Participate in release management, patch assessments, and regression testing activities.
- Ensure compliance with governance, security, and audit requirements

Expertise You'll Bring:

- 8 to 12 years of Oracle HCM Functional consulting experience.
- Experience delivering at least 4 full lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects.
- Strong expertise in a minimum of three of the following Oracle HCM modules like Performance Management, Talent Management, Succession Planning, Compensation, Dynamic Skills.
- Strong experience in requirement gathering, workshop facilitation, and business process analysis.
- Expertise in fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
- Hands-on experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect resolution, and post-production support.




- Strong understanding of HR processes, workforce planning, talent management, and performance management functions.
- Experience working with global HR transformation and digital HR initiatives.
- Knowledge of Oracle HCM security, approval workflows, and business process configuration.
- Understanding of Oracle HCM reporting and analytics capabilities.
- Experience supporting production environments and enhancement projects.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and project execution practices.
- Experience using Jira for backlog management, defect tracking, and project coordination.
- Robust analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to independently drive deliverables and manage client-facing engagements.
