About the Role

We're hiring a dynamic, customer-focused Sales Representative to work directly with our international customer base across the US, UK, and Canada. This is a night-shift role aligned to North American and UK

business hours, built for someone who's sharp on a call, comfortable with global clients, and quick to pick up modern sales and AI-assisted tools. You'll own the full conversation — from first enquiry to closed sale — and be a key voice of the Backdropsource brand for customers overseas.

Key Responsibilities

- Interact with prospective and existing clients across the US, UK, and Canada through calls, video meetings, and email

- Understand customer requirements and recommend the right backdrop, display, or trade show product

- Follow up on inbound leads promptly and convert them into confirmed sales

- Use AI-assisted tools (CRM copilots, chat/email assistants,



research tools) to work faster and personalize

outreach

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with international clients and repeat customers

- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activity in the CRM

- Coordinate with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order delivery

What You Bring

- Communication: strong verbal and written English, with the confidence to hold a natural, consultative

conversation with US, UK, and Canadian customers

- Global exposure: prior experience working with or selling to US/UK/Canada clients is a strong plus

- AI-forward: comfortable using AI tools day-to-day and genuinely curious about new ones

- Shift flexibility: willing and able to work night shift hours aligned to North American/UK time zones — cab pickup/drop and on-site facilities are provided

- Foundation: bachelor's degree in any discipline, with basic working knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools

- Drive: self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable handling client objections professionally

- Prior experience in international sales, voice process, or customer service

- Presentation and negotiation skills

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
