About the Role

We are looking for a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with strong experience in financial reporting, taxation, audit, statutory compliance and IPO-related financial preparation. The candidate will work closely with senior management, auditors, consultants and other professional advisors to ensure the company’s financial systems and documentation are IPO-ready.

Key Responsibilities

· Oversee accounting, financial reporting, MIS and financial controls.

· Prepare and review financial statements, schedules and financial data required for IPO preparation and due diligence.

· Coordinate with Statutory Auditors, Internal Auditors, Merchant Bankers, Legal Advisors and other IPO consultants.

· Support preparation and verification of financial information and disclosures required for DRHP/RHP/IPO documentation, as applicable.

· Ensure accuracy, consistency and proper supporting documentation for historical financial data.

· Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax and other statutory compliances.

· Handle audit requirements and ensure timely closure of audit observations.

· Assist in financial due diligence, reconciliation and verification of books, transactions, assets, liabilities and related-party matters.

· Review accounting policies, internal controls and financial processes to strengthen the company's IPO readiness.

· Prepare management reports,



financial analysis, budgets and cash-flow statements for senior management.

· Coordinate with CA firms and external consultants for financial, tax and compliance matters.

· Maintain proper documentation and records for regulatory, audit and IPO-related requirements.

· Identify financial/compliance gaps and work with management to implement corrective measures.

· Ensure compliance with applicable Companies Act, taxation laws, accounting standards and SEBI/stock-exchange requirements, wherever applicable.

Required Qualification & Experience

· Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory.

· 3–5 years of post-qualification experience.

· Strong experience in financial reporting, audit, taxation and statutory compliance.

· Prior experience in IPO preparation / pre-IPO work / financial due diligence / listed or IPO-bound companies will be highly preferred.

· Experience working with CA firms, audit firms, merchant bankers or financial consultants will be an added advantage.

· Strong knowledge of Companies Act, GST, Income Tax and applicable accounting standards.

· Good command of Tally/ERP, MS Excel and financial reporting tools.

· Strong analytical, documentation, coordination and communication skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should have practical exposure to IPO-related financial preparation and due diligence, rather than only routine accounting. Experience in coordinating with auditors, CA firms, merchant bankers and other professional advisors would be particularly relevant for this role.
