Role Description This is a full time, on-site Client Servicing Executive role based in Mumbai. The Client Servicing Executive will act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing day-to-day communication, gathering requirements, and ensuring timely delivery of campaigns across multiple media channels. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal creative, media, and digital teams, preparing and delivering presentations, tracking project timelines, and maintaining accurate documentation of client briefs and approvals. The role involves monitoring campaign performance, addressing client queries, resolving issues, and proactively identifying opportunities to add value and strengthen client relationships. The Client Servicing Executive will also support account planning, participate in review meetings,



and contribute to strategies that enhance client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in client services and client relations, with the ability to build and maintain long-term professional partnerships.
- Strong customer service skills, including responsiveness, problem-solving, and handling feedback constructively.
- Proficiency in developing and delivering clear, engaging presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Account management skills covering project coordination, timeline management, and follow-through on deliverables.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Prior experience in advertising, marketing, or media agencies is a must FMCG-Brand is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field is advantageous.
