About the roleWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated CW Payroll Analyst / Senior Analyst to join our Payroll Operations team. This role is ideal for a payroll qualified with strong US payroll tax compliance knowledge, excellent analytical skills, and hands-on experience with tax corrections, wage adjustments, W-2C processing, garnishments, and payroll discrepancies.What You Will Do US Payroll Tax & Corrections: Process and validate wage adjustments, Wage Moves, W-2C corrections, and other payroll tax adjustments.Tax Compliance: Apply knowledge of FIT, Social Security, Medicare, and state/local payroll taxes, including tax rates, wage limits, and withholding requirements.Garnishments: Process and validate child support, tax levies, creditor garnishments, and other court-ordered deductions.Data & Quality: Review payroll data, identify discrepancies, perform reconciliations, and ensure accuracy and compliance.Issue Resolution: Research complex payroll issues, identify root causes, and implement effective resolutions.Offboarding & FNF: Process offboarding transactions and Full & Final payments accurately and timely.Collaboration: Partner with Payroll, Service Delivery, Client Services, and other teams to resolve issues and improve processes.Continuous Improvement: Identify recurring issues, recommend preventive controls, and support process improvements.Team Support:



Share knowledge, guide analysts, and support timely completion of team deliverables.Required QualificationsBachelors in any stream with 2 - 5 years of experience in Payroll Analytics.DEPTH Knowledge of U.S tax complianceStrong understanding of:Federal Income Tax (FIT)Social Security and MedicareUS state and local payroll taxesTaxable and non-taxable wagesWage bases and applicable tax limitsPayroll withholding requirementsExcellent attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment as well as work independently.Organizational skills include the ability to multi-task, set priorities, and follow up in a timely manner.Excellent attention to detail and a strong focus on payroll accuracy and compliance.Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict payroll deadlines.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, lookups, filtering, sorting, and pivot tables.Ability to analyze large datasets and identify trends, anomalies, and root causes.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Experience working with VMS and payroll systems (e.g., Beeline, FieldGlass, PeopleSoft, Ceridian) is a plus.
