Job Description: Senior Business Analyst - Guidewire ClaimCenter (ACE Certified) Experience: 7-8 Years Location: Adaptable / Hybrid Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Guidewire ClaimCenter Business Analyst with 7-8 years of overall experience in the Property & Casualty (P&C;) Insurance domain and Guidewire implementations. The ideal candidate must be Guidewire ClaimCenter ACE Certified and have successfully worked on at least one Guidewire Cloud implementation project. The candidate will play a key role in gathering business requirements, driving claims transformation initiatives, and supporting end-to-end ClaimCenter implementations. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with claims business users, claims managers, product owners, and technical teams to gather and analyze business requirements.



Conduct requirement workshops and discovery sessions for claims management processes. Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria. Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and development teams throughout the project lifecycle. Support implementation and enhancement of Guidewire ClaimCenter solutions. Participate in Guidewire Cloud implementation activities, including requirement analysis, solution validation, testing, and deployment support. Analyze and optimize end-to-end claims processes, including: First Notice of Loss (FNOL) Claim Intake and Registration Coverage Verification Claim Investigation Reserve Management Payments and Recoveries Subrogation Litigation Management Claim Closure
