Job Description: PMO Executive (Product-Led Organization)

Location: Bangalore, India (Hybrid)

Job Summary

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in establishing operational
rigor, facilitating cross-functional execution, and enabling smooth delivery
across Product Management, Engineering, and Business Operations teams.

This role requires a blend of operational expertise, agile project
governance, modern AI-driven tool mastery (MS Copilot in Excel & PowerPoint),
and high-impact communication.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

* Product Governance & Alignment:
* Establish and enforce PMO best practices across cross-functional product
squads.
* Ensure tight alignment between engineering roadmaps, product management,
and business targets.
* Agile Execution & Sprint Tracking:
* Oversee end-to-end Agile/Scrum delivery processes, facilitate sprint
planning tracking, dependency mapping, and risk/blocker mitigation across
squads.
* Executive Reporting & AI Tooling:
* Build advanced reporting models and executive presentations.
* Drive efficiency by leveraging LLMs such Copilot embedded within MS Excel
and PowerPoint to automate summaries, project health checks, and presentation
generation.
* Cross-Functional Operations:
* Coordinate with Go-To-Market (GTM), ales, and Customer Success teams via
tools likeSalesforce and Jira to track enterprise deliverables, product feature
rollouts, and customer feedback loops.
* Process Optimization:
* Identify bottlenecks in the product delivery lifecycle and implement lean,
operational frameworks to improve release velocity and predictability.

Qualifications & Experience Requirements





Education & Certifications:

* MBA Degree with a specialization in Operations Management (Mandatory).
* Project Management Courses / Certifications Desirable: PMP, PRINCE2, or
formal university-certified Project Management coursework.
* Agile Certification Desirable: Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or demonstrated
formal Agile SCRUM framework training.

Technical Skills:

* Microsoft Excel (Advanced):
* High proficiency in data modeling, formulas, macros/VBA, and dashboard
creation.
* Microsoft PowerPoint:
* Robust capabilities in creating high-impact visual presentations and
executive pitch decks.
* Microsoft Copilot Integration:
* Hands-on ability to effectively utilize MS Copilot embedded in Office 365
to draft decks, summarize data, and write reports efficiently.
* Preferred / Added Advantage:
* Working knowledge or hands-on exposure to Jira, Confluence, and Salesforce
(SFDC).
