- Drive the sales budgets for the concept
- • Drive sell thru at category level (pre EOSS and EOSS within the season)
- • Analyze product performance, identify performing and non-performing products and share feedback
- • Review and ensure adherence to the retail SOPs, retail standards, floor hygiene standards and processes for the concept (including omni channel SOPs and processes)
- • Review and ensure implementation of the marketing promotions as per defined guidelines
- • Share feedback on the marketing promotions for necessary actions
- • Maintain optimum stock for the concept in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
- • Implement the recommended actions with reference to quick moving and slow moving ranges
- • Monitor adherence to the standards of customer service
- • Provide support in resolving all customer issues and complaints as per defined timelines
- • Provide support and guide the team to deliver on the job
